This project aims to collate and analyze technical and market data to classify and assess existing LEO satellite platforms in the context of utility telecommunications. The project Will involve the first phase of understanding the technical differential aspects of satellite telecommunications. The project will continue to identify the different LEO platform market alternatives from the technical, market, and commercial aspects. The final deliverable will include classifying the existing platforms to address different telecommunications needs and assessing their suitability and opportunity for the different utility needs.
