Biography:

Eva Paz is an Industrial Technical Engineer (in Industrial Chemistry) and MSc in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. She obtained her PhD degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 2017 with the thesis entitled “Acrylic bone cement reinforced with carbon based nanomaterials”. She currently teaches several undergraduate and master's degree subjects at the School of Engineering (ICAI) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Machine Technology, Mechanical Technology, Chemistry, Nanotechnology....). She develops her research activity at IIT since 2013 in the field of biomaterials, nanotechnology and adhesives, being author of several scientific publications of impact in these fields and currently participating in several research projects.
