Biography:

Jesús José Fernández García is a predoctoral researcher at the Institute for Research in Technology (IIT) at the Engineering School (ICAI) of the Comillas Pontifical University. In 2019 he received a master's degree from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon (INSA Lyon) and from the Politecnico di Torino, having completed a master's thesis on the Italian ancillary services market. He has experience in both the private sector (aeronautical, energy and rail) and the public sector.
