Biography:
Roberto Gesteira Miñarro studied a BSc. and MSc. in Telecommunications Engineering (2020 and 2022) and a MSc. in Cybersecurity (2022) at Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICAI). Roberto received the Extraordinary Award from ICAI (2020) and the Best Final Degree Project Award from COITT/AEGITT (2021). He developed his Master Thesis at the Institute for Research in Technology (IIT) regarding vehicle cybersecurity. Roberto is passionate about Mathematics, he achieved 2 Honorific Mentions, 2 Bronze Medals and 1 Silver Medal at the International Mathematics Competition (IMC). At the moment, he is studying a BSc. in Mathematics at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED). Roberto also enjoys learning hacking and exploitation techniques in CTF platforms. In fact, he has participated in several international competitions with his team ICAI Cyber Team and has played for Spain in the European Cyber Security Challenge in 2023, at Norway. Nowadays, he plays for an international CTF team called thehackerscrew and is the captain of a university team called ICAI Cyber Team
