Este artículo presenta una metodología, desarrollada en el proyecto H2020 InteGrid, que permite el análisis de escalabilidad de las infraestructuras TIC para Smart Grids. Dicha metodología se basa en SGAM, permitiendo un análisis estandarizado y su replicabilidad. La primera fase consta de un análisis cualitativo que identifica posibles limitaciones en una infraestructura TIC; en la segunda se hace un análisis cuantitativo de los elementos críticos identificados en la primera. El artículo muestra los resultados en el piloto esloveno desarrollado en el proyecto InteGrid, que combina un sistema de semáforos para la validación de productos de flexibilidad y una VPP comercial que ofrece productos terciarios a través de agregación local.


English summary:

This paper presents a novel methodology that has been developed in the scope of the H2020 project InteGrid, which enables the scalability analysis of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructures for Smart Grids. It is based on the Smart Grid Architecture Model (SGAM) framework and therefore it enables a standardized analysis and its replication. The approach consists of two consecutive steps: a qualitative analysis that aims at identifying potential bottlenecks in an ICT infrastructure; and a quantitative analysis of the critical links identified. In this paper the proposed methodology is applied to a cluster of solutions demonstrated in the InteGrid Slovenian pilot, which combines a Traffic Light System (TLS) for the validation of flexibility products and a commercial Virtual Power Plant (VPP) offering tertiary control reserve products through aggregation of local resources.
