Summary:

Electricity, which is transmitted to the distribution network, requires approval of its parameters and quality control. The presence of photovoltaic power stations (PPS) in the network affects its parameters and, consequently, the electrotechnical equipment, relay protection and automation systems, electricity metering devices (meters), power system's reliability. The objects of research are voltage signals generated by the PPS to the network. In the proceedings, the influence of the photovoltaic cells on the accuracy of electric energy metering and power quality questions has been analyzed.
