Resumen:
National energy policies have been the driving forces in the development of wind farms worldwide. As a consequence of said development, new manufactures and technologies have emerged during the last few years. The energy policies and national energy plans of specific countries such as the United States, Spain, Poland, and Brazil will be analyzed with the goal of clearly understanding how each specific policy has influenced the wind power market. The end goal is a complete study of different typologies of energetic policies worldwide.
Also, the national premium and subsidy policies will be assessed in order to understand their influence on the degree of local development and the technological maturity of wind power.
The new electrical services enterprises which commercialize the distribution of energy will be analyzed as well as their requirements in various countries. In addition, the typology of these electrical enterprises, either publically limited or private limited companies, will be discussed and its relation to minimal capitals, collaterals for establishing the enterprises, administrative authorization, state control, etc. Another topic will be the effect of these new enterprises on consumers in the electrical energy market and changes in the market. These changes include the consumers´ right to choose said companies, what will happen when the option to choose does not exist, the types of contracts, tariffs, and the differences between consumers of different quantities of energy.
