Funding entity Bahía de Bizkaia Electricidad (BBE)
REE has modified the P.O. 7.2 that stablishes the rules for the secondary regulacion in the Spanish power system. This proyect analyses how these changes affect the operation of BBE in this ancillary service, and also studies if BBE has to modify its AGC to comply with the new requirements.
