The goal of the project is to develop, implement and demonstrate the convergence of an appropriate inference method for Weibull location, shape and scale parameters (2 and 3 parameter laws) specific for ceramics and glass materials. In addition, confidence intervals for the overall reliability shall be estimated by analytical or numerical methods
